The Stealth Solution Skin Protection + Positioning (SPP) cushion from Quantum is a mid range hybrid pressure cushion combining two densities of foam with a gel pack insert. The Solution is designed for people who require greater pressure management to their 'sit bones' (Ischial Tuberosities) and who require assistance in achieving a neutral pelvis in sitting. 

The Solution pressure cushion is comprised of a high density moulded foam base with a pre-ischial shelf and ischial well alongside a moderate pommel to the front. Within the ischial well is a twin-cell aqueous gel insert to accommodate the at-risk bony prominences. On top is a soft foam providing a gentle barrier between the gel sac and high density foam. These are all contained within a Coolcore cover comprising of a soft-touch breathable material which ensures good air circulation and also helps to wick away moisture. For any incontinence concerns a 4-way stretch liner can also be fitted within the Coolcore cover to protect the gel and foam, while a seat rigidiser can also be provided if the cushion is being used on a sling seat.
