Roho cushions are known for their use of static air to provide unbeatable pressure risk management across cushions and mattresses. The Roho Quadtro Select cushion is the 'go-to' cushion and most widely recognised of the Roho range. The Quadtro is available in three different heights with each increase in height able to manage a greater pelvic obliquity and asymmetry. The range of asymmetry that can be managed ranges from 1inch to 3inches (from the Low Profile to the High Profile). 

The Quadtro is typically prescribed for clients at high or very high risk of pressure management issues/ ulceration. The Quadtro achieves such high quality pressure risk reduction through its use of soft air cells which ensure excellent immersion and pressure distribution. Good immersion not only decreases pressure on at-risk locations but also aids with pelvic stability. 

The Quadtro has four zones built into which enable the prescriber and user to adjust the inflation of each zone. This feature is valve controlled and enables the clinician to correct or manage certain pelvic presentations without increasing the risk of ulceration or shear.
