The Quantum Edge 3 Stretto powerchair is Quantum's answer to the Sunrise Medical Q300M. Both powerchairs were designed to have the world's narrowest powerbases for their type, with little compromise on outdoor stability or performance. The Quantum Edge 3 Stretto has a 52cm powerbase width which when combined with its midwheel drive setup makes the Stretto the ideal choice for indoor environments where tight turns are needed. The midwheel drive setup means the chair is able to turn on the spot so its length is also its turning radius. 

The Edge 3 Stretto may be petite in the world of powerbases but it boasts a commanding list of features making it as clinically capable as any other chair of its type. The Stretto is available with powered options including powered recline, elevating legrests, seat lifter and powered seat tilt. These functions are fully customisable and enable your stretto to be set up to provide the highest level of comfort and security possible. 

The Edge 3 is available with two seating systems - the entry level system typically used for clients who are semi-ambulant or part-time users - the TB Flex, or the fully customisable Tru-Balance 3 seating system. The Tru-Balance 3 seating system is the most popular thanks to the fully customisable seating options, wide range of accessories and premium materials used to achieve that feeling of comfort. 

Similarly, the Edge 3 Stretto comes with a choice of two operating systems - the NE+ system or the advanced Q-Logic 3 system which is expandable to include environmental controls, bluetooth connectivity and buddy buttons or special controls. The Q-Logic 3 system is complete with a full colour LCD screen providing great character recognition in full daylight or complete darkness.
