If the Quantum Rehab Stretto is known for it's narrowness, and the 4Front2 is known for its outdoor performance, the Q6 Edge 3 must be known for its superb all-round performance. With a wider midwheel drive powerbase than the Stretto the Edge 3 is exceptionally robust and gives the occupant a tangible feeling of power and stability regardless of the terrain its on. Similarly, where the 4Front2 can climb well thanks to its wheel positioning the Edge 3 can tackle almost identical terrains without losing its tight turning circle thanks to its midwheel drive setup. Seriously - if you enjoy looking good, feeling comfortable yet without compromise the Edge 3 is worth a second of your time. 

With 4-pole motors and a max speed of 6mph the Edge 3 is powerful, smooth and quiet to run and with the large 14" knobbly drive tyres available it puts that power down well without losing traction in wet weather or on loose surfaces. 'Knobbly tyres and smooth ride - aren't these incompatible' you may ask. The answer is yes, unless you have the SRS suspension found on the Edge 3, Stretto and 4Front2. Tuneable to get the ride just right the suspension system is class leading, closely following by the Sunrise Q500's and Permobil M5's systems though. 

A full suite of powered options is available on the Edge 3 including powered seat lifter (with I-Level technology), powered backrest recline, powered tilt, powered elevating legrests and more tech than most competitors thanks to the Q-Logic 3 control system available. The I-Level tech package enables the chair to be driven at 4.5mph on level ground and with a massive 12 inches of rise conversations with friends and loved ones are now genuinely at eye-level!

The TB3 seating, as found on the high-end powerchairs from Quantum, allows the Edge to be setup to precise dimensions (to the mm) ensuring a correct fit. A well fitted powerchair is important for clinical and lifestyle reasons - enabling you to complete the day comfortably and safely.
