The Quantum 4Front 2.0 is the latest version of the popular Quantum 4Front. It is a front wheel drive powerchair offering excellent outdoor performance. With a turning radius of just 62cm however the 4Front powerchair is by no means unsuitable for indoor environments too. 

The ultra quiet motors mask their true power well, offering a maximum speed of 6mph as standard. Throughout the speeds the 2-pole motors provide lots of grunt which when coupled with the large 14" drive wheels gives it a superb ability to climb. 

All Quantum powerchairs equipped with the Q-Logic control system boast state of the art technology. With Q-Logic your chair is 'smart' - able to detect cambers, hills and rough terrain the traction control system ensures straight-line tracking even in the harshest of conditions. The Q-Logic system also works well with buddy-buttons enabling the user to switch between drive modes or seating modes at the touch of a button, as opposed to scrolling through complex menus. Furthermore the Q-Logic system can be expanded with Bluetooth environmental controls, a USB port for charging your mobile phone and easy firmware and software updates if required. 

The 4Front is equipped with Tru-Balance 3 seating which is a well recognised brand of seating systems spanning all touch surfaces from headrest to footrest and everything in between. The true test of any seating system is its ability to adapt to a clients needs throughout the lifetime of the product and this is where it excels. Available in a range of seating sizes, from 14" to 22" in width and depth the chair can accommodate weight changes with ease and is also suitable for young adults. With a wide range of cushions and backrests available in the Stealth range (a Quantum owned company) it's likely we'll identify the correct solution for you. However, 3rd party seating can also be used which gives us access to Invacare's Matrx seating and Sunrise Medical's Jay seating if required. 

The Quantum 4Front2 is available with 10" seat elevation (optional extra) and is equipped with I-Level technology which means the powerchair can be driven at 3mph while in full elevation. Alongside this the 4Front2 is also available with tilt functionality - helping you descend slopes more safely and to reduce the risk of pressure ulceration where required. Additionally, powered recline is also an option providing a recline angle of between 85 and 175 degrees - near horizontal.
