The Repose Multi-Bari Bariatric Riser Recliner is a mid to top-end pressure management chair designed for clients who require pressure and who weigh up to 40 stone. The Multi-Bari is equipped with a dual standard motor mechanism offering independent recline and leg raiser adjustments but importantly does not have tilt. The Multi-Bari is an excellent seating choice for clients who do not need or want a Tilt mechanism, but who still require pressure seating and the option of various positional changes at the touch of a button. 

The Multi-Bari is designed to look aesthetically pleasing - made possible due to a wide range of patterned or plain fabrics, in every colour possible, on the non-support surfaces ie. backs, armrests, wings and sides. Depending on the pressure management requirements the inner fabrics can also be bespoke, although where healthcare fabrics are necessitated the choice is reduced significantly. Importantly though Repose and Cinque Ports Healthcare are keen to demonstrate that Healthcare does not need to be boring or unsightly!

The Multi-Bari is designed for clients who spend a large amount of time sitting who may be unable to shift their weight independently or who are at increased risk of pressure ulceration or skin breakdown. Available with a three tier waterfall backrest the Multi-Bari is great at managing conditions such as mild kyphosis and scoliosis present in clients needing seat widths of 24" up to 30". The lower tier of the waterfall backrest is designed to accommodate the gluteal shelf enabling a client to be positioned correctly while removable fibre backrest cushions ensure fine adjustment is possible over time. 

The Multi-Bari is suitable for either a healthcare or home environment with all fabrics easily wipeable to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
