The Multi C-Air

Mechanism

The Multi C-Air is the most modular chair available in the Repose range of static pressure management chairs making it a popular choice for clients and prescribers alike. The Multi C-Air is a rise and reclining chair available with two different motor mechanisms - Single or Dual Tilt In Space. Very similar in design and function to the C-Air the Multi C-Air's options and accessories are more oriented towards meeting differing clinical needs, as opposed to aesthetic needs. Despite this however we often mix and match to try and find a happy medium between the two, such is the modularity of these chairs.

Available with homecare and healthcare fabrics the chair is great for home and healthcare environments and with its tailor-made options is able to blend into any room while not compromising on the quality of care provided.

With the Multi C-Air we are able to provide a bespoke chair to perfectly match the requirements of the client. With seat heights from 16" to 22" available, seat depths of 18" to 20" and seat widths of 18" to 22" between the arms, a majority of clients can be accommodated without additional bespoking.

Similarly to all other healthcare chairs the Multi C-Air is available with a wide range of additional positioning accessories, pressure cushions and backrests to help achieve good seated posture or to manage non-neutral positions where required. The C-Air's pressure cushions include different densities of visco foam, different types of gels and static and dynamic air ensure different risk levels can be managed correctly. Similarly a range of seven removable and interchangeable back cushion styles mean one chair can work for multiple clients or can be future-proofed as a core piece of equipment for many different residents.

The Multi C-Air is complete with removable and interchangeable support surfaces (backrests and cushions) ensuring the chair is able to continually accommodate any changes in a clients presentation. Typical conditions managed by The C-Air include general frailty, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and those with history of or ongoing issues with skin breakdown. Given the high level of comfort it is not uncommon for clients seeking an affordable and bespoked comfortable chair to choose the Multi C-Air thanks to its future-proofed design.
